En España existe un seguro especial llamado Consorcio de Compensación de Seguros. Es para emergencias importantes. Si ocurre un accidente grande como una inundación el consorcio ayuda. El servicio técnico es muy bueno. Cuando un coche está estropeado por un desastre el técnico viene rápido para arreglarlo. Si el daño es muy grande el seguro paga para renovar el coche. Si se cancela el seguro privado el consorcio sigue ayudando en emergencias. Para que todos estén protegidos es obligatorio tenerlo. Por lo tanto la gente se siente más tranquila.

Translation

In Spain, there is a special insurance called the Consorcio de Compensación de Seguros. It is for major emergencies. If a large accident such as a flood occurs, the consorcio helps. The technical service is very good. When a car is damaged by a disaster, the technician quickly comes to fix it. If the damage is very extensive, the insurance pays to replace the car. If the private insurance is cancelled, the consorcio continues to assist in emergencies. To ensure everyone is protected, it is mandatory to have it. Therefore, people feel more at ease.
