If you are going to visit Madrid, you need to be familiar with the multi card to take buses and the metro.

Exercise 1: Word bingo

En una tarjeta multi se puede cargar un billete sencillo de metro. (On a multi card you can load a single metro ticket.)
Un billete sencillo sirve para un solo viaje en metro. (A single ticket is valid for only one metro trip.)
En una tarjeta multi se pueden guardar 10 billetes sencillos. (On a multi card you can store 10 single tickets.)
Hay que usar los billetes sencillos el mismo día que se compran. (Single tickets must be used the same day they are purchased.)
El precio del billete depende de cuántas estaciones viajes. (The ticket price depends on how many stations you travel.)
El metrobús de 10 viajes sirve para viajar en metro o en autobús. (The 10-trip metrobús is valid for travel on metro or bus.)
En una tarjeta multi se pueden poner hasta dos metrobús de 10 viajes. (On a multi card you can put up to two 10-trip metrobús tickets.)
El suplemento aeropuerto es obligatorio para entrar o salir del aeropuerto en metro. (The airport supplement is mandatory to enter or leave the airport by metro.)
El abono turístico permite usar el transporte todo el día y lleva incluida la tarjeta multi. (The tourist pass allows the use of transport all day and includes the multi card.)
