1. Edward komt uit Spanje. Edward comes from Spain.
2. Hij woont in de stad Valencia. He lives in the city of Valencia.
3. Edward is Spaans, dat is zijn nationaliteit. Edward is Spanish, that is his nationality.
4. Hij spreekt Spaans en een beetje Engels. He speaks Spanish and a little English.
5. Edward werkt in Nederland. Edward works in the Netherlands.
6. Hij woont nu in Amsterdam, de hoofdstad van Nederland. He now lives in Amsterdam, the capital of the Netherlands.
7. Hij komt uit Spanje, maar nu woont hij in Nederland. He comes from Spain, but now he lives in the Netherlands.
8. In Amsterdam leert hij ook Nederlands. In Amsterdam he is also learning Dutch.
9. Edward vindt de taal soms lastig, maar hij oefent elke dag. Edward sometimes finds the language difficult, but he practices every day.
10. Hij wil graag goed Nederlands kunnen spreken. He wants to be able to speak Dutch well.
