El Festival Internacional de Cine de San Sebastián es un evento de películas muy importante en España. Cada año se presentan nuevas películas internacionales en la ciudad española San Sebastián. Se celebró por primera vez en el año 1953. Siempre ha tenido y sigue teniendo muchas películas de diferentes géneros en su cartelera. Hay comedias, películas dramáticas, románticas, de terror y ciencia ficción. Se puede ver a los protagonistas actuar en la versión original a veces con subtítulos. Mucho ha cambiado en el cine por los servicios de suscripción pero el Festival de San Sebastián sigue siendo importante.

Translation

The San Sebastián International Film Festival is a very important film event in Spain. Every year, new international films are presented in the Spanish city of San Sebastián. It was first held in the year 1953. It has always had and continues to have many films of different genres in its programme. There are comedies, dramatic films, romantic, horror and science fiction movies. You can see the actors performing in the original version, sometimes with subtitles. Much has changed in cinema due to subscription services, but the San Sebastián Festival remains important.
