1. De Beekse Bergen is een familiepark in Brabant. De Beekse Bergen is a family park in Brabant.
2. Binnenkort kun je slapen tussen de dromedarissen, neushoorns, zebra’s, en zelfs tussen de leeuwen. Soon you will be able to sleep among the dromedaries, rhinoceroses, zebras, and even among the lions.
3. Er komt een groot nieuw gebied bij in het dierenpark. Het gebied is 42 hectare groot. Dat zijn 42 voetbalvelden! A large new area is coming to the zoo. The area is 42 hectares in size. That is the equivalent of 42 football pitches!
4. Er komen 425 huisjes, luxe safaritenten en boomhutten. Het werd tijd voor iets nieuws. There will be 425 cottages, luxury safari tents and treehouses. It was time for something new.
5. Je kunt drie soorten verblijf kiezen. Zo kun je ’s avonds en ’s morgens de dieren goed zien. You can choose three types of accommodation. This way, you can see the animals well in the evening and in the morning.
6. Stel je voor: je zit op het terrasje van je huisje. Je hebt ontbijt gemaakt en je kijkt uit over de leeuwen. Imagine this: you are sitting on the terrace of your cabin. You have made breakfast and you are looking out over the lions.
7. Op de plek waar de bowlingbaan was, komt een restaurant, een zwembad en een speeltuin. On the spot where the bowling alley was, there will be a restaurant, a swimming pool and a playground.
8. Je bent niet in Afrika in de woestijn, je bent gewoon in Brabant. Maar de dieren zijn hier wel echt! You are not in Africa in the desert, you are simply in Brabant. But the animals here are real!
9. Er is een grote gracht tussen de huisjes en de dieren voor de veiligheid. There is a large moat between the lodges and the animals for safety.
10. Want niemand wil filmpjes van kinderen tussen de leeuwen! Because no one wants videos of children among the lions!
