Lucas has a simple daily routine: he works during the day, rests in the afternoon, and has dinner with his family.

Text and translation

1.	Lucas se despierta a las siete de la mañana.	Lucas wakes up at seven in the morning.
2.	Todos los días se levanta temprano para tener tiempo de desayunar tranquilamente.	Every day he gets up early to have time for a quiet breakfast.
3.	Primero se ducha, se lava la cara y se peina el pelo.	First he takes a shower, washes his face, and combs his hair.
4.	Después se viste y desayuna cereal con leche.	Then he gets dressed and has cereal with milk for breakfast.
5.	Lucas tiene un horario fijo: a las ocho sale de casa para ir al trabajo.	Lucas has a fixed schedule: at eight he leaves the house to go to work.
6.	Trabaja desde las nueve hasta las cinco de la tarde y hace muchas cosas durante el día.	He works from nine to five in the afternoon and does many things during the day.
7.	Cuando termina, vuelve a casa y descansa un poco.	When he finishes, he returns home and rests a little.
8.	Por la tarde, se baña y luego cena con su familia a las nueve.	In the afternoon, he takes a bath and then has dinner with his family at nine.
9.	Después de cenar, se pone cómodo y se lava las manos y la cara.	After dinner, he gets comfortable and washes his hands and face.
