Juan Roig, fundador de Mercadona, habló en la Universitat de València sobre lo importante que es tener un negocio propio. Para él, ser empresario significa cumplir tus sueños y aportar algo bueno a la sociedad. Dijo que montar un negocio necesita esfuerzo, formación y mucha ilusión.

Animó especialmente a los jóvenes a empezar su propio negocio, aunque al principio tengan dudas. Según Roig, lo más importante es transformar una idea en acción, buscar un buen compañero, organizarse bien y ser constante. Su mensaje es claro: con una actitud positiva y trabajo diario, cualquier persona puede lograr sus objetivos.

También destacó que es fundamental tener formación práctica y usar herramientas útiles, como una gestoría para llevar bien los impuestos, o tarjetas de visita profesionales para generar confianza desde el primer momento con un cliente o posible inversor.

He also highlighted that it is fundamental to have practical training and to use useful tools, like an accounting firm to properly manage taxes, or professional business cards to generate trust from the very first moment with a client or potential investor.
