1. Mi hijo es muy curioso y siempre me pregunta por qué voy al médico. My son is very curious and always asks me why I go to the doctor.
2. Le explico que nuestro cuerpo funciona como una máquina increíble. I explain that our body works like an incredible machine.
3. Le digo que el dentista se encarga de cuidar los dientes, que son esenciales para comer y sonreír. I tell him that the dentist takes care of the teeth, which are essential for eating and smiling.
4. También le cuento que el fisioterapeuta ayuda a las personas a moverse mejor y recuperarse de lesiones. I also tell him that the physiotherapist helps people move better and recover from injuries.
5. Le hablo de la ginecóloga, que cuida la salud de las mujeres. I talk to him about the gynecologist, who takes care of women's health.
6. Y del oculista, que se encarga de los ojos para que podamos ver bien. And the eye doctor, who is responsible for the eyes so that we can see well.
7. Le explico que el cirujano opera en el hospital cuando es necesario. I explain that the surgeon operates in the hospital when necessary.
8. Y que, si alguien está muy enfermo, tiene que ingresar en el hospital para recibir tratamiento. And that if someone is very sick, they have to be admitted to the hospital to receive treatment.
9. Por eso, le digo que es importante visitar al médico regularmente para mantenerse sano. That's why I tell him it's important to visit the doctor regularly to stay healthy.
