Aquí tengo el contrato de alquiler de mi nuevo piso. (Here I have the lease contract for my new apartment.)
El edificio está en un barrio tranquilo y con mucha luz. (The building is in a quiet neighborhood with lots of light.)
El propietario es una persona muy amable, y el casero vive cerca, en la misma zona. (The owner is a very kind person, and the landlord lives nearby, in the same area.)
El portero trabaja todas las mañanas, y eso me hace sentir seguro. (The doorman works every morning, and that makes me feel safe.)
El contrato incluye detalles importantes como el precio del alquiler y la duración. (The contract includes important details such as the rental price and duration.)
También indica que el dueño paga los gastos de la comunidad. (It also indicates that the owner pays the community fees.)
En el contrato explica si puedo hacer cambios o reformas en el piso. (The contract explains whether I can make changes or renovations to the apartment.)
Ahora solo falta pagar la fianza, que equivale a un mes de alquiler. (Now all that’s left is to pay the deposit, which is equivalent to one month’s rent.)
