Kartoffelsalat

Kartoffelsalat ist eine sehr bekannte deutsche Beilage, die man zu fast jedem Gericht essen kann. Max zeigt in dem Video wie man Kartoffelsalat zubereitet.
Potato salad is a very well-known German side dish that can be eaten with almost any meal. Max shows in the video how to prepare potato salad.

Die schneide ich jetzt in kleine Scheiben. (Now I’m cutting them into small slices.)
Ganz wichtig: noch feste Kartoffeln, sonst ist das Schneiden schwierig. (Very important: the potatoes should still be firm, otherwise cutting is difficult.)
Jetzt geben wir eine Zwiebel dazu, gefolgt von etwas Essig. (Now we add an onion, followed by a little vinegar.)
Dann kommen hundert Milliliter Brühe dazu. (Then we add one hundred milliliters of broth.)
Rinderbrühe oder Gemüsebrühe – je nachdem, worauf ihr Lust habt. (Beef broth or vegetable broth – depending on what you feel like.)
