Instruction: Write a reply to the following message appropriate to the situation
E-Mail: You will receive an email from a pharmacist who has questions about your prescription and possible side effects. Reply to her and clarify your questions.
Sehr geehrte Frau Müller,
Ihr Arzt hat Ihnen ein neues Medikament gegen die Entzündung im Knie verschrieben. Auf dem Rezept steht: 1 Tablette morgens und 1 abends nach dem Essen.
Bitte lesen Sie den Beipackzettel wegen möglicher Nebenwirkungen wie Übelkeit. Wenn Sie andere Medikamente einnehmen, kommen Sie bitte noch einmal vorbei, damit wir die Wechselwirkungen abklären können.
Haben Sie dazu Fragen oder brauchen Sie noch eine Schmerztablette?

vielen Dank für Ihre E-Mail und die Informationen zu dem Medikament. Ich habe dazu noch ein paar Fragen.
Ich nehme schon ein Blutdruckmedikament jeden Morgen ein. Können Sie bitte prüfen, ob es eine Wechselwirkung mit dem neuen Medikament gibt? Außerdem bin ich mir nicht sicher, was ich tun soll, wenn ich starke Übelkeit bekomme. Soll ich das Medikament dann absetzen oder erst meinen Arzt anrufen?
Eine zusätzliche Schmerztablette für die Nacht hätte ich auch gern, weil die Schmerzen im Knie abends oft stärker sind.

I already take a blood pressure medication every morning. Could you please check whether there is an interaction with the new medication? Also, I am not sure what I should do if I experience severe nausea. Should I stop taking the medication or call my doctor first?
I would also like an extra pain tablet for the night because the knee pain is often worse in the evenings.
