Sehr geehrte Frau Kramer,
wir bestätigen hiermit den Termin zur Wohnungsbesichtigung am 12. Mai um 17 Uhr. Der trifft Sie direkt vor dem Haus in der Lindenstraße 28. Die Wohnung im dritten Stock hat eine moderne und ist frisch . Die monatliche beträgt 1.050 Euro, dazu kommen von 260 Euro. In den Nebenkosten sind und bereits enthalten. Vor Einzug zahlen Sie bitte eine in Höhe von zwei Monatsmieten.
Wenn Sie sich nach der Besichtigung für die Wohnung entscheiden, schicken wir Ihnen den per E-Mail. Bitte beachten Sie die von drei Monaten. Am Tag der Übergabe lesen wir gemeinsam die Zählerstände ab und Sie bekommen alle Schlüssel. Vergessen Sie nicht, sich nach dem Einzug beim Einwohnermeldeamt anzumelden. Bei Fragen können Sie uns jederzeit per E-Mail oder telefonisch kontaktieren.

We hereby confirm the appointment for the apartment viewing on May 12 at 5:00 p.m. The realtor will meet you directly in front of the building at Lindenstraße 28. The apartment on the third floor has a modern fitted kitchen and has been recently renovated . The monthly rent is €1,050, plus additional costs of €260. The additional costs already include operating costs and heating . Before moving in, please pay a deposit equal to two months' rent.
If you decide to take the apartment after the viewing, we will send you the rental agreement by email. Please note the notice period of three months. On the day of handover we will read the meter readings together and you will receive all the keys. Don’t forget to register with the residents' registration office after moving in.
