como sabes, el ambiente en el equipo no es muy bueno. Algunos compañeros tienen una actitud negativa y otros son muy inseguros. Esto afecta al proyecto.
Quiero reorganizar los grupos de trabajo. Necesito tu opinión sincera, porque tú eres paciente y tienes buen carácter. Por favor, dime:
- ¿Con qué tipo de personas trabajas mejor? (por ejemplo, gente habladora, introvertida, con sentido del humor…)

En mi opinión, trabajo mejor con personas que tienen una actitud positiva y que son educadas. Me ayuda mucho cuando los compañeros tienen sentido del humor, pero también son responsables. Me cuesta un poco trabajar con personas muy arrogantes o con un carácter muy difícil.
Creo que nuestro equipo necesita un líder que sea claro, paciente y seguro. Un líder que escuche a todos, pero que también tome decisiones cuando hay problemas. También sería bueno que la persona dé feedback sincero, pero con respeto.

In my view, I work best with people who have a positive attitude and are polite. It really helps when colleagues have a sense of humor but are also responsible. I find it difficult to work with very arrogant people or those with a very difficult temperament.
