Thank you for your message. I confirm receipt of the referral and the attached documentation. According to the report, Javier Martín (45) has had pain in the right wrist for 3 weeks, with mild swelling and tenderness on pressure, and it does not improve with ibuprofen or with the wrist brace.
I can see him in clinic this week. Would Thursday at 10:30 or Friday at 12:00 work for you? At the visit we will review his history and decide whether he needs an X-ray or an ultrasound. In the meantime, he should continue with relative rest and the wrist brace.
