Nota de rehabilitación para la reunión de seguimiento
En el centro de salud, para la reunión de seguimiento, el paciente acude tras un . Refiere debilidad en un brazo y menos sensibilidad en una pierna. En la funcional se observa movilidad limitada, pero camina distancias cortas con y con ayuda.

Plan: physiotherapy three days per week and clear recovery goals: getting out of bed safely, changing position, and making transfers to the chair. A walker is recommended at home and to review the plan in 4 weeks.

Fisioterapeuta (Laura): Show Hola, Javier. En la reunión de seguimiento quería repasar la evaluación funcional de tu padre: después del ictus sigue presentando hemiparesia en el lado derecho.

My father had a stroke two weeks ago. Right now he walks only a little; outside he uses a walker and for longer distances we use a wheelchair. He needs help transferring him from the car to the entrance.
Is there parking near the clinic? Can we arrive 10 minutes early to do the registration?
