I’m leaving you the shift handover for the patient in room 12 (Mr. Ruiz). Current status: he is calmer, but at 05:30 he had an incident: he felt dizzy when going to the bathroom. He didn’t fall. Can you confirm whether the dizziness happened before or after the analgesic? Also, what time is the next dose and what is the blood pressure threshold for informing the responsible doctor?
