Parte de observación - turno de mañana

(Observation section – morning shift)

Unidad de hospitalización. Al inicio del turno se hace una general del paciente: piel algo pálida, tos frecuente y más cansancio. Se toman la corporal y el , y se anota la respiración. El paciente está consciente, pero responde más despacio.

En la hoja de se registra también la de orina y el color. Si hay cambios claros en el nivel de conciencia o fiebre alta, se debe informar al supervisor y dejar un breve antes de acabar el turno.
Inpatient unit. At the start of the shift, a general observation of the patient is made: slightly pale skin, frequent cough, and more fatigue. Body temperature and pulse are taken, and breathing is recorded. The patient is conscious, but responds more slowly.

The documentation sheet also records the amount of urine and its color. If there are clear changes in the level of consciousness or a high fever, the supervisor must be informed and a brief report left before the end of the shift.
