For mobilizations, please check the safe securing with the transfer belt and take care of ergonomics (posture and bed height) to prevent falls. If the patient is bedridden, remember measures to avoid thrombosis.

I confirm that I have read the reminder. Starting Monday I will use the alcohol-based hand sanitizer and disposable gloves in each room, and the surgical mask and PPE when appropriate.
During mobilizations I will check the safe securing with the transfer belt and adjust the bed height to maintain correct posture and prevent falls. I will also keep in mind the measures to avoid thrombosis in bedridden patients.
Just one question: if the patient gets up with assistance but is unstable, would you prefer that we always use the transfer belt or should we assess first and try with the unit’s walker?
