The specialist doctor, the head nurse, the physiotherapist, the clinical psychologist, and the social worker will take part. Before going in, review the medical record and prepare a brief proposal for a treatment plan.
The team coordinator opens the meeting and assigns tasks. If you don’t understand something, ask for clarification. In the end, they try to reach a consensus; the head of department makes the final decision and the family is informed.

Sí, puedo asistir mañana a las 9:15. En mi opinión, primero debemos revisar el historial clínico y después proponer un plan sencillo y claro.
Puedo ayudar a la enfermera jefe con la lista de medicación y hablar con la familia si hace falta. También creo que debemos solicitar una consulta con fisioterapia porque el paciente tiene dolor al caminar. Si la familia muestra mucha ansiedad, podemos derivar al psicólogo clínico.

Yes, I can attend tomorrow at 9:15. In my opinion, first we should review the medical record and then propose a simple and clear plan.
I can help the head nurse with the medication list and talk to the family if needed. I also think we should request a consultation with physiotherapy because the patient has pain when walking. If the family shows a lot of anxiety, we can refer to the clinical psychologist.
Who will inform the family after the meeting?
