Avviso interno - Reparto di Medicina. Da entra in uso un nuovo igienico: prima di ogni indossare monouso e mascherina e preparare sul carrello solo il necessario, come soluzione fisiologica e disinfettante. In caso di pazienti con , controllare la cute e registrare l'eventuale arrossamento.
Per la mobilizzazione è obbligatorio usare la di sollevamento e, se necessario, il sollevatore meccanico. Per prevenire le verificare che la pedana e la calzatura antiscivolo siano disponibili; per ridurre il rischio di trombosi applicare la compressione graduata e monitorare la mobilità durante il turno.Internal notice - Internal Medicine Ward. Starting Monday, a new hygiene protocol comes into use: before each dressing, wear disposable gloves and a mask and prepare on the trolley only the necessary supplies, such as saline solution and disinfectant. In the case of patients with a catheter, check the skin and record any redness.
For mobilization it is mandatory to use the lifting belt and, if necessary, the mechanical lift. To prevent falls, check that the footboard and non-slip footwear are available; to reduce the risk of thrombosis, apply graduated compression and monitor mobility during the shift.

starting tomorrow on the ward we will apply the new procedures. Before some dressings we must always use disposable gloves and disinfectant, and prepare the saline solution on the equipment trolley (no supplies placed on the bed).For patients with reduced mobility, remember to move in an ergonomic way and, if necessary, use the lifting belt to prevent falls. I confirm that I have read the update and tomorrow I will follow the new procedures. I will use disposable gloves and disinfectant before dressings and I will prepare the saline solution on the equipment trolley, without placing anything on the bed.
I have two questions: 1) does the lifting belt always have to be used with two staff members or can it be used alone if the patient cooperates? 2) For checking vital signs, do we need to record blood pressure and oxygen saturation or also the temperature after moving?
