Monitorare il polso e annotare eventuale peggioramento o miglioramento.Ward: note for the handover (morning shift). Patient in room 12: during the check-up they are alert but more drowsy than usual. Pale, sweaty skin. Temperature 38.1 °C and slightly high blood pressure. Oxygen saturation 93% at rest; faster breathing. Reports localized chest pain when moving.
Actions: measure the parameters again after 30 minutes and record everything in the chart. If the saturation drops or confusion increases, inform the coordinator immediately. Monitor the pulse and note any worsening or improvement.
