During the next shift, monitor temperature and oxygen saturation and note any changes on the report. Possible discharge tomorrow if the clinical condition remains stable. Prepare the documents and update the medical record.

Scala del dolore 4/10; ha chiesto analgesico e ho somministrato paracetamolo come da prescrizione, dopo 30 minuti riferisce 2/10. Non noto peggioramento, sembra in miglioramento. Da riferire al medico: tosse persistente, in corso di valutazione se servono aerosol. Vuoi che monitori i parametri ogni 2 ore?
Hi Paola, update on Mr. Bianchi (bed 12): he is conscious and oriented. I checked vital signs at 13:15: BP 125/80, T 37.2°C, oxygen saturation 96% on room air. Pain scale 4/10; he requested an analgesic and I administered paracetamol as prescribed, after 30 minutes he reports 2/10. I don’t notice any worsening, he seems to be improving. To report to the doctor: persistent cough, it is being assessed whether aerosol therapy is needed. Do you want me to monitor the parameters every 2 hours?
