I would like to ask for clarification of the antibiotic dosage: do the tablets need to be taken exactly every 12 hours (e.g. 8:00 and 20:00), or can I shift the times of taking them if I eat later? I confirm that I will take it orally with a meal and continue the course until the package is finished.
I also have a question about the syrup — is 10 ml in the evening enough if the cough gets worse during the day? After the first dose of the antibiotic, I experienced mild nausea and stomach pain. Could these be side effects, and should I report this immediately?
