Cześć! Tu Ania.
Hi! It’s Ania. Can you drop by Grandma’s tomorrow for 2–3 hours? I have a meeting at work.
Grandma says she has back pain and today she was a bit tired. In the morning she also had mild dizziness, so please make sure she avoids rushing and at home holds onto the handrail by the stairs. Maybe you can help her calmly get to the kitchen and remind her about regular meals and her medications? Let me know what time you want to come.
Useful phrases:
-
Mogę przyjść około…, czy to pasuje?
(I can come around…, does that work?)
-
(How is she feeling today and has she eaten anything?)
-
Jeśli chcesz, mogę też…
(If you want, I can also…)
Hi Ania! I can come tomorrow around 11:00 and stay until 13:30. Does that work?
How is Grandma feeling today: does she still have dizziness, or is it better now? Does she have an appetite and did she eat breakfast?
Once I’m there, I’ll help her calmly get to the kitchen, remind her about regular meals and her medications. I’ll ask her not to rush and to hold onto the handrail by the stairs. I can also do a short, light stretching routine with her if she has the energy. Please write and tell me where the medications are and whether we need to measure her blood pressure.
