Szkolenie: nowe procedury higieny i bezpieczna mobilizacja
Na intranecie oddziału pojawiła się informacja o krótkim szkoleniu z nowych procedur. Od poniedziałku na każdym dyżurze obowiązuje dokładna przed i po kontakcie z pacjentem oraz użycie . W salach zabiegowych dostępne są też nowe i w razie ryzyka kontaktu z płynami ustrojowymi.
Podczas szkolenia omówimy przy przemieszczaniu pacjenta. Zalecamy podnoszenie z ugiętymi kolanami i stabilizację tułowia, a przy transferze z łóżka na wózek - . Przypomnimy też zapobieganie upadkom oraz : regularną zmianę pozycji i proste ćwiczenia zakresu ruchu. Prosimy zapoznać się z instrukcją postępowania awaryjnego na tablicy oddziałowej.An announcement about a short training course on the new procedures has appeared on the ward intranet. From Monday, on every shift, thorough hand hygiene is required before and after contact with the patient, as well as the use of disposable gloves. In the treatment rooms, new disinfectants are also available and a protective mask in case of risk of contact with bodily fluids.
During the training we will discuss ergonomic technique when moving a patient. We recommend lifting with bent knees and stabilising the torso, and when transferring from the bed to a wheelchair—a mobilisation belt. We will also review fall prevention and thrombosis prevention: regular position changes and simple range-of-motion exercises. Please read the emergency procedure instructions on the ward noticeboard.

od jutra na oddziale obowiązują nowe zasady pracy przy toalecie pacjenta i transferach. Proszę pamiętać o higienie rąk i używaniu jednorazowych rękawiczek oraz środków dezynfekcyjnych zgodnie z instrukcją przy stanowisku. Przy przemieszczeniu pacjenta stosujemy pas mobilizacyjny i technikę ergonomiczną: podnosimy z ugiętymi kolanami, stabilizujemy tułów pacjenta i zabezpieczamy łóżko (hamulce). To element zapobiegania upadkom. Szkolenie: środa 14:00 w sali odpraw.

Good morning,
starting tomorrow, new rules apply on the ward regarding patient toileting and transfers. Please remember about hand hygiene and using disposable gloves as well as disinfectants according to the instructions at the station. When moving a patient, we use a mobilization belt and an ergonomic technique: we lift with bent knees, stabilize the patient’s torso, and secure the bed (brakes). This is part of fall prevention. Training: Wednesday 14:00 in the briefing room.

Dziękuję za informację. Potwierdzam, że zapoznałam się z nowymi zasadami. Od jutra będę zwracać uwagę na higienę rąk, jednorazowe rękawiczki i dezynfekcję stanowiska zgodnie z instrukcją. Przy przemieszczaniu pacjenta będę używać pasa mobilizacyjnego i stosować technikę ergonomiczną (ugięte kolana, stabilizacja tułowia, zapięte hamulce łóżka), aby zmniejszyć ryzyko upadku.
Mam jedno pytanie: gdzie będą przechowywane pasy mobilizacyjne po dyżurze i kto odpowiada za ich dezynfekcję?

Thank you for the information. I confirm that I have read the new rules. Starting tomorrow I will pay attention to hand hygiene, disposable gloves, and disinfecting the workstation according to the instructions. When moving a patient, I will use the mobilization belt and apply the ergonomic technique (bent knees, torso stabilization, bed brakes engaged) to reduce the risk of a fall.
I have one question: where will the mobilization belts be stored after the shift, and who is responsible for disinfecting them?
