Nowy harmonogram dyżurów na oddziale
Dzień dobry, jutro od 7:00 w intranecie pojawi się nowy na przyszły tydzień. Proszę sprawdzić swój do piątku do 12:00. Jeśli ktoś ma lub szkolenie, musi to koordynatorce.
W poniedziałek po dyżurze porannym robimy krótkie przekazanie służby. Dyżurny przygotuje raport z przekazania dla zespołu. Gdy ktoś nie może przyjść, proszę wcześniej znaleźć i poinformować oddziałową.Good morning, tomorrow from 7:00 a new schedule for next week will appear on the intranet. Please check your shift assignment by Friday by 12:00. If someone has leave or training, they must report it to the coordinator.
On Monday after the morning shift we do a short handover. The nurse on duty will prepare a handover report for the team. If someone cannot come, please find a replacement in advance and inform the head nurse.

Zmiana dyżuru w szpitalu
Pielęgniarka Anna: Show Marek, czy możesz zamienić się ze mną zmianą w piątek? Mam wtedy ważne spotkanie rodzinne.

Pielęgniarz Marek: Show Mogę, ale wtedy będę miał trzy nocne dyżury pod rząd, a to są bardzo ciężkie godziny pracy.

Jeśli chodzi o zastępstwo za Magdę, niestety w ten piątek nie mogę wziąć dodatkowego dyżuru, bo mam już plany po pracy. Mogę jednak pomóc w innym dniu w przyszłym tygodniu.

thank you for your message. On Friday I can switch to the morning shift 7:00–15:00 instead of the afternoon one.
As for covering for Magda, unfortunately this Friday I can’t take an additional shift, because I already have plans after work. However, I can help on another day next week.
