Agresywny klient w recepcji

Recepcjonistka Ania: Show Pawle, muszę zrobić zgłoszenie incydentu - klient był agresywny słownie przy ladzie.

(Paweł, I need to file an incident report — the customer was verbally aggressive at the counter.)

Kierownik zmiany Paweł: Show Dobrze.

(Good. Did you de-escalate the situation? What exactly did you say, and was there an interpersonal conflict with any of your colleagues?)

Recepcjonistka Ania: Show Poprosiłam, żeby mówił spokojniej i zaproponowałam rozmowę w pokoju obok, ale dalej krzyczał. Była też świadek zdarzenia - pani z ochrony.

(I asked him to speak more calmly and suggested we talk in the room next door, but he kept shouting. There was also a witness to the incident — the security lady.)

Kierownik zmiany Paweł: Show OK. Zrób notatkę służbową i protokół zgłoszeniowy: godzina, miejsce, wypowiedzi klienta oraz dane świadka. Potem sprawdzimy procedurę bezpieczeństwa.

(OK. Write an incident memo and a reporting protocol: time, place, the customer’s statements, and the witness’s details. Then we’ll review the safety procedure.)

Recepcjonistka Ania: Show Jasne, wpiszę to i poproszę ochronę o imię i numer świadka.

Pozdrawiam
Katarzyna Nowak
koordynatorka zmiany

Good morning Ms Anna,

Please provide a short description of yesterday’s incident at the reception desk (approx. 18:20). The client was upset and there was verbal aggression. I also know that one person in the waiting room suddenly felt unwell (possible hypoglycemia).

Please write: what the first sign was, who was a witness, whether it was necessary to call for help and whether the place was secured. This is needed for a short note for the supervisor.

Kind regards
Katarzyna Nowak
shift coordinator

Dzień dobry Pani Katarzyno,

Piszę w sprawie wczorajszego incydentu ok. 18:20 w recepcji. Świadkami byli koleżanka z recepcji i dwie osoby w poczekalni.

Poprosiłam klienta, żeby mówił spokojnie, i zaproponowałam rozmowę z boku, żeby deeskalować sytuację. Wezwałam pomoc do gabinetu i poprosiłam kolegę o wodę i coś słodkiego.

Pozdrawiam,
Anna Kowalska

Good morning Ms Katarzyna,

I am writing regarding yesterday’s incident at around 18:20 at the reception desk. The first sign was that the client raised his voice and started insulting an employee. It was verbal aggression, without physical violence. The witnesses were my colleague at reception and two people in the waiting room.

I asked the client to speak calmly, and I suggested we talk to the side to de-escalate the situation. At the same time, one female patient turned pale and sat down on the floor. She said she has diabetes and it could be hypoglycemia. I called for help from the office and asked a colleague for water and something sweet. We temporarily secured the area by the entrance so that no one would trip.

If necessary, I can add more details.
Kind regards,
Anna Kowalska
