Dear students,

We are planning the office closures for the holidays. Please write an email saying who will be on duty. For the front desk – Marta, April and May – the working hours are reduced and they will handle mail delivery. In June, July and August they will be on leave. There will be many topics and procedures to discuss with the managers. Many thanks in advance for preparing the schedules for June or August.

The schedule for September and October is ready. The evening shift is free and available, but it is reserved for postal deliveries. For November and December two shifts are available. The temperature is low and the autumn wind is strong. Also include the postal address and state in the email which colleague will be responsible.
