Our small IT firm in Sofia is hiring a new colleague for the team. For us it’s important that they are polite and well-mannered. In the office we work calmly, honestly help each other, answer questions, and solve problems that arise. We do not tolerate rudeness, swearing, or unprofessional behaviour.

The new colleague will speak with clients every day. It is important that they are punctual and polite. If someone has a problem, it’s important to be kind and to explain clearly what can and cannot be done. In the team we try to be supportive and work together, but when someone’s work affects operations, everyone must take responsibility. Also keep in mind to avoid using slang with customers.
