Important Language Notes
Unlike English, Bulgarian is a Slavic language using the Cyrillic alphabet. Pay close attention to the alphabet, pronunciation, and sentence structure when learning new words and phrases. For example, the verb "уча" means "I study" and is used differently than the English verb "to study" especially in conjugation and usage.
Also, questions like "Къде учиш сега?" literally translate to "Where do you study now?" and are structured more closely to your experience of using "to study" in English, though word order can differ subtly in Bulgarian.
