Preparation:

A small studio apartment is available in the center of Sofia. The studio is for rent. The apartment is on one floor and has a small kitchen and a bathroom. The area is 650 sq. m. The deposit is one month’s rent.

The studio is located near the metro and close to the city center. There is a grocery store nearby. For more information, contact the agency “New Home” or send a message to the owner. You can arrange to view the apartment in the evening, usually between 18:00 and 20:00. After that you will be charged a viewing fee.

Казвам се Иван Петров. Аз съм собственик на малък апартамент до метрото „Опълченска“ в София.

Апартаментът е мебелиран – има спалня, малка всекидневна и кухня. Наемът е 650 лв. на месец. Депозитът е един наем. В наема не са включени комунални услуги (ток, вода, интернет).

I am a vegetarian – I eat salads, vegetable dishes and dairy. My weight is 65 kg. My height is one meter. The price does not include communal utilities (rent, water, internet).

I also have interests; we can arrange a meeting on Tuesday or Wednesday.
