Exercise 1: Rédiger de la correspondance
Instruction: Write a reply to the following message appropriate to the situation
Email: You receive an email from the landlord about a broken washing machine in the apartment you are renting. Reply and explain the situation.

съседката ми каза, че пералнята във вашия апартамент не работи. Моля, напишете ми:
- какъв е проблемът (шум, вода, не се включва и т.н.);
- дали има проблем и с други уреди – сушилня, хладилникът, фурната;
- кога сте вкъщи за техник – сутрин или следобед.
Ще се опитам да поправя пералнята възможно най-бързо.

I am writing to let you know that the relative who was looking after your apartment is unable to work. Please tell me:
- what the problem is (fever, no water, electricity not turned on, etc.);
- if there is an issue with other residents – neighbour, landlord, or maintenance team;
- when the technician can come – morning or afternoon.
