The owner asks about her experience and about her flexibility. The practice sometimes requires shift work, for example until 8 p.m. Punctuality is very important. The working time is 40 hours per week. The employment contract also specifies 28 vacation days per year.
Dr. Silva also asks questions. She wants to know how large the team is and whether there are opportunities for professional development. She says she is a team player and learns quickly. She shows interest and explains that she can adapt well to new situations.
