Bei Verdacht auf einen im Kiefer (starke Schmerzen, Probleme beim Öffnen des Mundes): Drücken Sie nicht selbst, gehen Sie direkt in die Klinik. In der Praxis machen wir bei Bedarf ein und die Stelle. Danach wir die Wunde oder lokal vor einer weiteren Behandlung.Dental emergency service – important information
Please call immediately for severe toothache or if you have a noticeable swelling. An abscess can become dangerous, especially if you have a fever or difficulty swallowing. For bleeding after a procedure: bite firmly on a clean gauze pad for 20 minutes. If the bleeding does not stop, come to the practice.
In case of an accident causing tooth loss: keep the tooth moist if possible (for example in milk) and bring it with you as soon as you can. If you suspect a jaw fracture (severe pain, difficulty opening the mouth): do not try to press or reposition it yourself; go directly to the clinic. At the practice we will take an X‑ray if necessary and disinfect the area. Afterwards we will treat the wound or apply local anaesthetic before further treatment.
