Notice for patients (Germany)

In our contracted dental practice we bill treatments to the health insurance. Whether costs are covered depends on your insurance and on the treatment. Some services are private: in those cases you will receive an invoice. For certain treatments a co-payment may be required. Before treatment begins we will inform you in writing about the expected costs.

Important for the treatment: We need your declaration of consent and we document the treatment provided. We keep these documents securely. Your data remain confidential: professional secrecy applies. If you have questions about billing or if you would like a copy of your records, please contact reception.
