Après une courte à l’ public, beaucoup de patients préfèrent rentrer chez eux rapidement. Dans ce cas, le généraliste organise souvent des soins . Il peut demander l’intervention d’un service d’aide à domicile pour l’accompagnement dans la vie quotidienne, et d’un centre de soins infirmiers pour les pansements ou les injections.
Ces soins sont généralement pris en en partie par l’ maladie, mais il reste parfois un modérateur à payer. Avec une bonne complémentaire, ce reste à charge peut être très limité. Pour bénéficier du payant, le patient doit présenter sa carte Vitale et, si possible, son attestation de mutuelle. Le médecin informe le patient sur la coordination des soins et explique comment contacter l’équipe en cas de problème à domicile.After a short stay in the public hospital, many patients prefer to return home quickly. In that case, the general practitioner often arranges outpatient care. They may request the intervention of a home-help service to assist with daily activities and of a nursing care service for wound dressings or injections.
These services are generally partially covered by health insurance, but sometimes a co-payment remains. With good complementary insurance, this out-of-pocket expense can be very limited. To benefit from direct billing, the patient must present their health insurance card and, if possible, their supplemental insurance certificate. The doctor informs the patient about care coordination and explains how to contact the team in case of a problem at home.
