Today, during the morning rounds, please check the patients’ mobility. Ask each person whether they slept well, whether they had breakfast and their medications, and whether they are feeling pain or fatigue. Also observe the condition of the skin after washing.
To prevent falls, suggest light exercises at the edge of the bed. If a patient needs help walking, accompany them and check their balance. To get up, help them transfer to the wheelchair.

Aide-soignante Claire: Show Bonjour Mme Martin, on va faire la mobilisation doucement : asseyez-vous au bord du lit et je vous aide à vous transférer vers le fauteuil roulant.

If the knee pain decreases, I will offer her 2-3 light exercises in a seated position (gentle leg mobilization). I'll keep you informed.
