Oui, j'ai fait la toilette au lit de Mme Martin vers 8h15. Elle a utilisé l'urinal : quantité moyenne, couleur jaune foncé, odeur normale. Pas de sonde vésicale.
Pour les selles, elle n'a pas déféqué ce matin et se plaint de constipation depuis hier. Il y a eu une petite fuite d'urine sur l'alèse, j'ai fait un change complet et désinfecté la zone. La peau est intacte, pas de rougeur.
Je surveille la prochaine miction et je te tiens au courant si la situation change.

Hello Claire,
Yes, I did Mrs Martin’s bed bath at around 8:15. She used the urinal: average amount, dark yellow color, normal odor. No urinary catheter.
As for stools, she did not have a bowel movement this morning and is complaining of constipation since yesterday. There was a small urine leak on the bed protector pad; I did a full change and disinfected the area. The skin is intact, no redness.
I will monitor the next urination and keep you informed if the situation changes.
