(Okay, I see the transfer belt and the anti-slip strips, but I've never used them before.)

Infirmier référent: Show La ceinture de transfert nous aide à soulager la charge quand on lève un patient, et les bandes antidérapantes servent à assurer la stabilité près du lit et dans la douche.

Nouvelle infirmière: Show Et pour ce patient, vous avez déjà évalué le risque de chute ou on le fait ensemble ?

Infirmier référent: Show On va le faire ensemble, puis on adaptera la position dans le fauteuil releveur et on installera la bande antidérapante au pied du lit.

(We'll do it together, then we'll adjust their position in the rise-and-recline chair and place an anti-slip strip at the foot of the bed.)

Nouvelle infirmière: Show Très bien, ça me rassure, je préfère apprendre la bonne ergonomie au poste de travail dès le début.

Infirmier référent: Show Oui, on utilise la technique de pivot et on ne tire jamais le patient par les bras, tu verras, c’est plus sûr pour lui et pour ton dos.
