Camille, kinésithérapeute: Show Nadia, on fait l'évaluation fonctionnelle de Monsieur Bernard : après son AVC, il a une faiblesse musculaire à gauche et un léger engourdissement.

Aujourd'hui, j'ai observé chez M. Diallo une faiblesse du côté gauche. En position assise, il se fatigue vite et a besoin d'aide pour le transfert lit-fauteuil. Pour la sécurité, je reste près de lui et je vérifie qu'il a un bon appui au siège.
Préférez-vous une aide technique (déambulateur) pour la réadaptation à la marche, ou commencer seulement par la verticalisation au bord du lit ?
