Merci d’indiquer :
- si tu as utilisé un bassin de lit ou un urinal ;
- la quantité (peu, modérée, abondante) et la couleur des urines ;
- la consistance des selles (liquides, molles, dures, etc.) ;
- si un change et une hygiène périnéale ont été faits.
C’est important pour le dossier de soins. Merci de me répondre par mail avant 15h.

Je vous informe que ce matin j’ai aidé Mme Dupuis au lit avec un bassin de lit. Les urines étaient en quantité modérée, de couleur jaune clair. Elle a aussi eu des selles molles, en petite quantité.
Après l’élimination, j’ai fait le change avec une nouvelle protection absorbante et une hygiène périnéale complète (rinçage et essuyage en tamponnant). J’ai ensuite installé Mme Dupuis confortablement et je lui ai proposé de boire un peu d’eau.

Hello Mrs. Martin,
Please note that this morning I assisted Mrs. Dupuis in bed using a bedpan. The urine was moderate in amount and light yellow in color. She also passed soft stools in a small amount.
After the elimination, I changed her into a new absorbent pad and performed complete perineal hygiene (rinsing and patting dry). I then made Mrs. Dupuis comfortable and offered her a little water to drink.
