This morning, Mrs Lemaire slept well. At 9 a.m., she complains of pain in her right knee. On observation, the knee is slightly swollen. Normal temperature. Assessment: slower walking, needs help with washing. Morning medication taken, usual dosage.
Please monitor the pain this afternoon and inform the doctor if the condition becomes worrying. Update the patient file before 6 p.m.

Merci pour la transmission. J’ai bien noté que M. Leroy (ch. 12) a eu des douleurs abdominales la nuit, température 37,8°C, et que la douleur a diminué après le paracétamol.
Ce matin, je vais surveiller la douleur, la température et la présence de nausées ou de vomissements. A-t-il eu des selles ou des gaz pendant la nuit ? A-t-il bu ou mangé quelque chose ?
Je signale tout changement.

Hello Inès,
Thank you for the handover. I noted that Mr. Leroy (rm. 12) had abdominal pain during the night, temperature 37.8°C, and that the pain decreased after the paracetamol.
This morning, I will monitor the pain, the temperature, and the presence of nausea or vomiting. Did he have any bowel movements or pass gas during the night? Did he drink or eat anything?
I will report any change.
