Pendant mon service, j’ai surveillé la douleur et les signes vitaux comme demandé. À 22h, la douleur est montée à 5/10, donc j’ai administré 1 g de paracétamol. À minuit, la fréquence cardiaque était 80/min, la tension artérielle 125/78 et la température 37,3°C. L’état du patient est resté stable.

À 1h, la douleur est descendue à 2/10. Je n’ai pas eu besoin d’informer le médecin de garde, car la tension et la douleur étaient correctes.

J’ai une question : veux-tu que je continue la même surveillance cette nuit aussi, ou seulement jusqu’à demain matin ?
