This morning around 9:10 a.m., in the ward corridor, there was an incident with Mr Benali (rm. 214). He shouted and pushed the care trolley. A colleague was frightened, but there was no injury.
Can you write me a short incident report for today: what you saw, what you did to calm the situation, and whether you had to call emergency services or security. Please send it to me before 2 p.m.

J’ai vu l’incident vers 9h10 dans le couloir, près de la chambre 214. M. Benali criait et a poussé le chariot de soins. Je suis restée à distance, je lui ai parlé calmement et je lui ai demandé de s’asseoir. J’ai appelé une collègue pour m’aider et nous avons éloigné le chariot ensemble.
Il n’y a pas eu de blessure. Je n’ai pas appelé les secours ni la sécurité. Je rédige le rapport d’incident et je vous l’envoie avant 14h.

Hello Mrs Martin,
I saw the incident around 9:10 a.m. in the corridor, near room 214. Mr Benali was shouting and pushed the care trolley. I stayed at a distance, spoke to him calmly, and asked him to sit down. I called a colleague to help me and we moved the trolley away together.
There was no injury. I did not call emergency services or security. I am writing the incident report and I will send it to you before 2 p.m.
