Demain à 14 h, il y a une réunion de coordination dans la salle 3. Le veut faire le point sur les sorties de patients et les traitements. Le présente deux dossiers. Ensuite, l’ référente et la donnent leur avis sur les médicaments et l’organisation.
Le demande à chacun de proposer une solution pour éviter les retards. Le responsable qualité note les décisions. Si vous n’êtes pas d’accord, dites-le calmement et demandez des précisions. Merci d’arriver 5 minutes avant.Tomorrow at 2 p.m., there is a coordination meeting in room 3. The head of department wants to review patient discharges and treatments. The attending physician presents two case files. Then, the lead nurse and the pharmacist give their opinion on the medications and the organization.
The coordinator asks everyone to propose a solution to avoid delays. The quality manager records the decisions. If you do not agree, say so calmly and ask for clarification. Please arrive 5 minutes early.

Claire, infirmière: Show Docteur Martin, je participe à la réunion, mais j’ai une précision à demander : qui assume la responsabilité des retours des patients aujourd’hui ?
