Pour une prise en charge rapide, vérifiez si le patient a un . Sans médecin traitant, l'orientation vers une peut être plus longue et le moins clair. Pour un transfert vers l'hôpital ou la clinique, mettez à jour le et indiquez la reçue.

For quick care, check whether the patient has a primary care physician. Without a primary care physician, referral to an outpatient consultation can take longer and reimbursement may be less clear. For a transfer to the hospital or clinic, update the medical record and indicate the prescription received.
Reminder: intramural care is provided within the facility (emergency department, hospitalization). Extramural care mainly concerns home care and home visits by the nurse. For insurance coverage, ask for the mutual insurance card and specify whether third-party payment is possible or whether a deductible remains at the patient’s expense.
