Instruction: Write a reply to the following message appropriate to the situation
E-mail: You receive an email from the consultant physician about a patient in the palliative phase and you must reply by email as the nurse with your response and questions.
Beste collega,
Mevrouw De Jong is sinds gisteren opgenomen op onze afdeling palliatieve zorg. Ze wil waarschijnlijk binnenkort naar een hospice. Haar dochter maakt zich veel zorgen.
In het dossier staat een wilsverklaring en een reanimatieverklaring. Wil jij vanavond extra tijd nemen om met mevrouw en haar dochter rustig te praten over haar patiëntwens? Let ook op hun religieuze overtuiging. Zij zijn katholiek.
Wil je mij na je dienst kort mailen wat je hebt besproken?

Mrs. De Jong was admitted to our palliative care ward yesterday. She will likely be transferred to a hospice soon. Her daughter is very worried.
The file includes an advance directive and a do not resuscitate order. Could you take some extra time this evening to calmly speak with Mrs. De Jong and her daughter about her care preferences? Please also take their religious beliefs into account. They are Catholic.
