Rooster ruilen na nachtdienst
Sanne (verpleegkundige): Show Hoi Mark, volgens het rooster sta ik morgen in de ochtenddienst, maar na die nachtdienst op de spoedafdeling ben ik echt uitgeput.

Laat je even weten wat je beschikbaarheid is? Als je niet kunt, zoek ik naar vervanging of we kunnen een dienst ruilen.

Dank voor je bericht. Dinsdag kan ik helaas niet in de avonddienst, omdat ik dan een afspraak heb. Mijn beschikbaarheid is: maandag en woensdag kan ik wel. Donderdag kan ik in de ochtenddienst, zoals je voorstelt.
Als het helpt, wil ik graag ruilen: ik neem woensdag de avonddienst over en jij zet mij dan op donderdag in de ochtenddienst. Als dat niet mogelijk is, hoor ik graag wie de vervanging is.

Thanks for your message. Unfortunately, I can’t do the evening shift on Tuesday, because I have an appointment then. My availability is: I can do Monday and Wednesday. I can do the morning shift on Thursday, as you suggest.
If it helps, I’m happy to swap: I’ll take over the evening shift on Wednesday and then you schedule me for the morning shift on Thursday. If that’s not possible, I’d like to hear who the cover is.
