Exercise 1: Rédiger de la correspondance
Instruction: Write a reply to the following message appropriate to the situation
Email: You receive a handover email from a colleague nurse about a patient on your ward. Write a short reply with a few clarifying questions and confirm that you have read the handover.

Hierbij de overdracht van mevrouw Janssen (kamer 12) voor de nachtdienst.
- Toestand: mevrouw is nog erg moe, maar goed aanspreekbaar. Ze heeft lichte pijn in de buik (pijnscore 3/10).
- Vitale functies om 19.00 uur:
– bloeddruk: 130/80
– hartslag: 86/min, regelmatig
– ademhaling: 18/min
– temperatuur: 37,8 °C- Medicatie: paracetamol 1000 mg om 18.00 uur toegediend voor de pijn. Geen andere nieuwe medicatie.
- Klacht: sinds 18.30 uur wat misselijk, maar nog niet gebraakt. Ze zegt dat de pijn niet erger wordt.
- Observatie: mevrouw loopt kort naar het toilet met hulp. Ze is wat onzeker op de benen.
Wil je tijdens de nacht de pijnscore en de temperatuur nog één keer controleren en in het rapport aanduiden? Bij koorts > 38,5 °C graag de dienstdoende arts bellen.
