Zorgcoördinator (Sanne): Show Rachid, we beginnen zo met de ronde; kun jij de eerste vier kamers doen en meteen de arts bellen als er iets aan de hand is?

(Rachid, we'll start the round soon; can you do the first four rooms and call the doctor right away if there’s anything wrong?)

Verpleegkundige (Rachid): Show Ja, dat kan. Ben ik ook verantwoordelijk voor de medicatielijst of controleert de verpleegkundige-assistent die?

(Yes, I can. Am I also responsible for the medication list, or does the nursing assistant check that?)

Zorgcoördinator (Sanne): Show De verpleegkundige-assistent controleert de lijsten; jij overlegt daarna met de huisarts en de fysiotherapeut over mevrouw De Vries.

(The nursing assistant checks the lists; you will then consult with the GP and the physiotherapist about Mrs. De Vries.)

Verpleegkundige (Rachid): Show Prima, ik maak een voorstel voor het overleg: eerst pijnbestrijding, dan mobiliteit, en we schakelen de specialist in als dat nodig is.

(Okay, I’ll prepare a plan for the discussion: first pain management, then mobility, and we’ll involve the specialist if needed.)

(Ilse, who will take part in the multidisciplinary meeting later? I’d like to know who has which role.)

Praktijkmanager (Ilse): Show De huisarts leidt het overleg; daarnaast zijn er de specialist, de psycholoog, de fysiotherapeut en jij als verpleegkundige. Er is een hiërarchie, maar we luisteren naar elkaars mening.

(The GP leads the meeting; in addition there are the specialist, the psychologist, the physiotherapist and you as the nurse. There is a hierarchy, but we listen to one another’s opinions.)

Verpleegkundige (Tom): Show Oké, ik stel voor dat ik begin met een korte update per patiënt en dat we daarna de taken per discipline verdelen.

(Okay, I suggest I start with a brief update for each patient and then we assign tasks by discipline.)

Praktijkmanager (Ilse): Show Goed idee; als iemand een tegenvoorstel heeft, bespreken we dat direct en stemmen we af wie waarvoor verantwoordelijk is.

(Good idea; if someone has a counterproposal, we’ll discuss it immediately and agree who is responsible for what.)
