Overdracht bij avonddienst

Vital signs at 20:00: BP 128/76, pulse 88, temp 37.4. Otherwise she is stable, but still complains when moving. I noted it in the report. Could you do extra checks tonight on pain and mobility?

Bij de start van mijn dienst controleer ik de pijnscore opnieuw en de vitale functies. Ik kijk ook hoe het gaat met draaien en opstaan en noteer alles in de rapportage. Ik geef het door aan de dienstdoende arts als de pijn stijgt of als haar toestand verslechtert.
Hi Sanne, thank you for the handover. I have read the report. Has Mrs. De Vries had nausea or dizziness after the medication? And has she already walked with the rollator or only moved in bed?
At the start of my shift I will check the pain score again and the vital signs. I will also see how she is doing with turning and standing up and note everything in the report. I will inform the on-call doctor if the pain increases or if her condition worsens.
